Eating with Intention | 4 Session Program

Have you ever experienced the dreaded struggle between eating a bag of potato chips vs the leafy green salad? Do you normally go for the chips? I've been there. But it's time to change our eating habits together and start Eating with Intention! In just 4 sessions help you learn how to transform your relationship with food from rocky to guilt-free, healthy and enjoyable. 

OUR SESSIONS INCLUDE:  

  • Learning about food freedom and your motivations behind wellness
  • Tapping in and listening to what your body is asking for  
  • Evaluating your triggers and digging deeper 
  • Slowing down and connecting

Throughout our sessions together, jumpstart your healthy habits and implement small changes over time that will help you reach your goals. This is a much more sustainable way than trying to do it all at once. And as your health coach, I am your advocate. Together, we will create a personalized plan of action that is realistic and achievable for you. You have my full support and accountability as your Health Coach, guiding you into success that is long-lasting.
